These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of the Latchio waitlist website (the Site). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site and the waitlist
The Site lets you join a waitlist and express interest in early TestFlight beta access for Latchio, an upcoming iOS app. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a beta invite, or a launch date. The product, features, and timing described on the Site may change.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to consent to share your email address under the laws of your country. By joining, you confirm that the email address you provide is yours.
3. Acceptable use
Do not submit other people's information without permission, attempt to disrupt or probe the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Communications
If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about the Latchio launch and, if you opt in, about TestFlight beta access. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
5. Intellectual property
Latchio, the Latchi mascot, the name, the logo, and all Site content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
