This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the Latchio waitlist website (the Site) and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, your language preference, whether you asked for TestFlight beta access, and the date you signed up.
2. How we use it
We use your email only to notify you about the Latchio launch and, if you opted in, to send a TestFlight beta invite. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
3. Where it is stored
Your information is stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase. Access is limited to what is needed to run the waitlist.
4. Cookies
The Site does not use advertising cookies. It stores only a small cookie to remember the language you chose.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time. Just contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention
We keep your email until launch or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here with a new date.
